4. Material of Construction for the ageing furnace,
Main body of furnace: adopted the profile steel to be welding, intermediate use of aluminum silicate cotton sheet and inner furnace is welding by 2mm steel sheet .
Furnace gate is welding by 4mm A3 steel, it adopt by electrical for automatic up and down, so that it can enclosing by itself.
Dolly and lead-wind groove: the dolly is welding by profile steel, and the lead-wind groove is maded by 3mm A3 steel sheet.
The cycle fans are futaba circulator, the leaf is stainless steel and the bearing is import product.
Burner and chamber: shell of the chamber is welding by A3 steel sheet, inner is welding by stainless steel sheet that can resistant high temperature.
Turn on and out system for dolly: the rainway and floor at the same horizontal line, it can automatic turn out driven by motor through chain, when the temperature is on right place. It composed of the motor and reducer and hold-brake, it adopt two rows chain connect with the reducer.
Position type Control Temperature system:K type thermocouple +temperature meter for position,
Electrical parts and control system with sound and light alarm function for over loading, lack phase and over temperature and so on.
